The Harlem Globetrotters are collaborating with the SCAD animation department to create character concepts for a potential animated series based on the team. Working closely with the Globetrotters, students are engaged in the research and development of ideas and designs for the project.
This partnership is conducted through the SCAD Collaborative Learning Center (CLC), which unites SCAD faculty and students with external partners on projects to generate innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Part of the SCAD Quality Enhancement Plan, a requirement of SCAD’s institutional accreditation, the CLC enhances the education of SCAD students by fostering authentic professional experiences that contribute to unparalleled career preparation.
